Responsibilities:1. Participate in the feasibility research of non-standard automation scheme project, participate in the system scheme design, and lead the scheme to promote the landing; 2. Draw up appearance design, structural design scheme and project plan, research and develop new structure and new technology, and improve product performance and quality; 3. Be responsible for the size check, process check and assembly actual matching of new samples of structural parts; 4. After the drawings are upgraded, issue a design change order and transfer it to relevant responsible person in charge; 5. Be responsible for organizing drawing review; 6. Be responsible for purchasing and finding supplier channels for accessories; 7. Be responsible for following up the relevant inspection and verification of structure, including function test, reliability test, environmental test, and improvement and closure of test-related problem points; 8. Be responsible for classifying and filing the product project data followed up, summarizing the product research and development experience, and sorting out the success/failure cases of the project; 9. Estimate the design cost and manufacturing cost of the equipment.
Entry Requirements:1. College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering and automation, mechanical design and manufacturing or mold design and manufacturing, with industry experience in electronics and automation equipment preferred; 2. At least one of SolidWork,UG,Proe/Creo,CAD and other three-dimensional software;
3. Good knowledge of mechanical drawing, mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing process, mold design, mechanical drawing, interchangeability and measurement technology, mechanical physics principles, material mechanics, metal materials and heat treatment, familiar with product structure design, familiar with product development process;
4. Understand the price of commonly used materials, and be familiar with the selection and application of regular metal and non-metal materials; 5. Have a certain understanding of mechanics, motion simulation, materials and ergonomics, have a specialty and a wide range of knowledge, and master structural processing technology; 6. With more than 2 years of experience in mechanical design of non-standard automation equipment or tooling clamping and fixture, successful development of large and medium-sized precision automation equipment, and able to undertake project design tasks independently; 7. Have a good sense of innovation and innovation ability, good communication skills and team spirit, work actively, full of passion, in the design of innovative consciousness and reduce cost consciousness.
